my standpointLauren Sadowski is a current Master's of Environmental Management student at the Yale School of the Environment, where she is focusing on the human dimensions of conservation and wildlife management at a community-based level. Lauren graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont. Since then, she's been working as a teacher naturalist at Mass Audubon and a community conservationist, wildlife ecologist, and student coordinator in southern Africa. Through her research and work, she seeks to understand equitable conservation practices using an integration of social and ecological sciences.
